Why don't you charge based on how many users I have?
Because the users giving you feedback are the whole point, and taxing them makes you collect less of it. Feedback tools that charge per tracked user punish the exact behavior you want. Reqio charges for your teammates and your firepower, never for who shows up. Unlimited end-users on every plan, including Free.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from account settings. Changes apply immediately, and charges are prorated to the day.
Is annual billing worth it?
Annual gets you 2 months free versus paying monthly, about 17% off. If you already know you're staying, it's the cheaper way to stay.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account moves to Free. Your data stays, and access continues until the current billing period ends. Nothing is deleted out from under you.
What's your refund policy?
Paid plans are generally non-refundable. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right.
What happens when I run out of agent loops for the month?
Nothing breaks. The claim endpoint always returns 200, the run skips that one candidate, writes a single line to your job summary, and exits clean. Your CI never goes red. Pro's 100 loops a month is more than most small teams run today, so most never see this.
