Common billing questions

Why don't you charge based on how many users I have?

Some feedback tools charge more as your users grow, sometimes hundreds more a month past a few thousand tracked users. Reqio doesn't. Every plan includes unlimited end-users: as many as you want can submit, vote, and chat, free. You pay for your team's seats and your firepower (MRR-weighting, integrations, MCP), never for who shows up.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from account settings. Changes apply immediately, and charges are prorated to the day.

What happens when I downgrade?

You keep your current plan until the billing period ends. Then your account moves to the lower plan. If your usage exceeds the new limits, you'll see what's affected before the change goes through.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access until your current billing period ends, then your account moves to Free. Your data stays put: projects, requests, votes, comments, all still there.

Is annual billing worth it?

Annual gets you 2 months free versus paying monthly, about 17% off. You're charged once for the year, upfront. Cancel any time and keep access until the year ends.

What's your refund policy?

Paid plans are generally non-refundable. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right. See our refund policy for details.
