1.1By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1.2These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us. Our principal place of business is #786, 1st stage, 2nd cross, Sangameshwara ext., Hassan, Karnataka, India.

1.3We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or by a notice in the dashboard. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1"Service" means the Reqio feedback and feature-request platform described in these Terms, including the dashboard, the embeddable widget, the API, and the MCP server.

2.2"you" and "your" mean the individual or entity that creates a Reqio account and agrees to these Terms.

2.3"we", "us", and "our" mean K S Poorvik, an individual operating under the trade name Reqio, with a principal place of business at #786, 1st stage, 2nd cross, Sangameshwara ext., Hassan, Karnataka, India.

2.4"End-User Content" means feature requests, comments, votes, conversation messages, bug reports and attached screenshots, and any other content that your end users submit through the widget or by replying to a Reqio notification email.

2.5"Your Content" means content and data that you upload or submit directly to the Service, other than End-User Content.

2.6"Dodo Payments" means Dodo Payments and its affiliated entities, Reqio's authorized payment processor and Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions.

2.7"AI Features" means the parts of the Service that connect AI agents to your projects: the MCP server, the Agent Workflow, and any other part of the Service that we describe as agent-powered or AI-powered.

2.8"Agent Workflow" means the optional open-source GitHub Actions integration that runs inside your own repository, reads approved requests from the Service, runs a coding agent of your choice under your own Model Provider account, and opens draft code changes as pull requests in your repository.

2.9"Model Provider" means a third-party AI model service (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) whose models generate output under your own account, API key, and agreement with that provider.

2.10"Generated Output" means code, text, or other content produced by a Model Provider's model through the Agent Workflow or through an AI agent connected to the Service.

3.1Reqio is a software-as-a-service platform that lets product owners embed a feedback and feature-request widget on their websites. End users of those websites can submit requests and feedback (including bug reports with an optional screenshot), upvote existing requests, hold two-way conversations with the product team, and follow progress through a status pipeline.

3.2The Service also provides a dashboard for managing projects and requests, a remote MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for AI coding agents, an optional open-source GitHub Actions workflow that turns approved requests into draft pull requests in your own repository, and tools for identifying and revenue-weighting end-user feedback.

3.3We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

4.1You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to create an account.

4.2Signing in to Reqio is passwordless: access to your account is through one-time login codes sent to your email address, or through Google or GitHub sign-in. You are responsible for securing the email account and third-party sign-in accounts you use to access the Service, and for all activity that occurs under your Reqio account. Notify us immediately at support@reqio.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4.3You must not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission. You must not use the Service if you have previously been suspended from it.

You can use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the widget or API to collect personal data from end users beyond what is needed for the feature-request functionality, or in violation of applicable privacy laws.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited messages, spam, or to harass individuals.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service in a way that disables, overloads, damages, or impairs our servers or networks, or that interferes with any other party's use of the Service.
  • Use automated means to access the Service except through the documented API or MCP server.
  • Use the AI Features to generate, introduce, or distribute malicious code, or use them in violation of a Model Provider's terms.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our express written permission.

6.1Reqio offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro and Scale). Plan details, pricing, and feature limits are published on the pricing page and are subject to change from time to time.

6.2Payment processing, billing, and tax collection for paid plans are handled by Dodo Payments, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. When you subscribe to a paid plan, your transaction is processed by Dodo Payments and the charge on your statement will appear under Dodo Payments or a related entity.

6.3Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis (as selected) and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.

6.4By providing a payment method, you authorize Dodo Payments to charge you for the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis. You remain responsible for any taxes that Dodo Payments does not collect on our behalf.

6.5We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we change the price of your current plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6.6Refunds for Reqio subscriptions are described in our Refund Policy and are processed by Dodo Payments as the Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments' terms govern as final authority on all refund determinations.

7.1You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. You will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time beyond our 14-day money-back window (see Refund Policy).

7.2We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for non-payment. We will attempt to notify you before suspension.

7.3Cancelling a paid subscription does not delete your account or your data: at the end of the billing period your account moves to the free tier, your data is preserved, and your features and limits revert to those of the free plan. If you delete your account, or we terminate it under Section 13, your data is retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it is permanently deleted.

8.1The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

8.2We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

8.3You retain ownership of all Your Content. By uploading Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you.

9.1When you embed the Reqio widget on your website, your end users can submit feature requests, comments, votes, and other End-User Content through the widget. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal basis to collect and process End-User Content under applicable privacy laws, and for publishing an appropriate privacy notice to your end users.

9.2We process End-User Content on your behalf as a data processor. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

9.3You must not use the Service to collect sensitive personal data from end users (such as health, financial, or biometric data) without explicit consent.

10.1The AI Features orchestrate work between the Service and AI agents. We do not provide, host, or control the AI models themselves. Generated Output is produced by a Model Provider's model under your own account and API key, and your use of that model is governed by your agreement with the Model Provider, not by these Terms.

10.2The Agent Workflow runs inside your own GitHub repository and CI environment, using your own GitHub credentials, repository permissions, and Model Provider API key. We never hold your repository credentials and never receive your source code. You are solely responsible for the credentials, tokens, repository settings, and permissions you configure, and for all charges that GitHub or a Model Provider bills to your accounts as a result of running the Agent Workflow, including charges from unexpected or higher-than-expected usage.

10.3Generated Output is produced by a machine and is not reviewed by us. We make no representation or warranty that Generated Output is accurate, complete, correct, secure, functional, free of defects, or non-infringing. Generated Output can contain errors, security vulnerabilities, or material that infringes third-party rights.

10.4The Agent Workflow is designed so that a pull request in your repository is the human review gate: nothing is merged, deployed, or released except by you. You are solely responsible for reviewing and testing Generated Output before merging or otherwise using it, and for everything that follows from merging, deploying, or acting on it, including any defect, outage, security incident, data loss, or infringement in or caused by merged code.

10.5Content that reaches an AI agent through the AI Features originates from end users of your product, is submitted through the widget by anyone who can reach your site, often anonymously, and is untrusted. Such content can include text written to manipulate an AI agent into taking unintended actions (commonly called prompt injection). The Service and the Agent Workflow label and fence end-user content as untrusted data, but we do not warrant that these or any other measures will detect, filter, or neutralize every hostile or injected instruction. Your review under Section 10.4 is the control for this risk, and you accept that risk when you enable the AI Features.

10.6You decide which third-party AI agents and applications to connect to your projects over the MCP server, and which scopes to grant them. Anything a connected agent does within the scopes you granted, including editing or deleting backlog data, sending announcements, or changing project settings, is treated as done by you. You are responsible for vetting the agents you connect, granting the narrowest scopes that work, and revoking connections you no longer use.

10.7You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any third-party claim, and the resulting damages, costs, and reasonable legal fees, to the extent it arises from: (a) your merging, deploying, or other use of Generated Output; (b) the credentials, tokens, repository settings, or permissions you configure for the AI Features; (c) content that you or your end users submit into or route through the AI Features; or (d) the acts or omissions of a third-party agent or application you connect over the MCP server.

11.1THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11.2We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.

11.3WITHOUT LIMITING SECTION 10, ALL AI FEATURES AND ALL GENERATED OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING GENERATED OUTPUT, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY THAT IT IS ACCURATE, SECURE, FUNCTIONAL, OR NON-INFRINGING.

12.1TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12.2OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12.3WITHOUT LIMITING SECTION 12.1, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM: GENERATED OUTPUT OR YOUR USE OF IT; CODE MERGED, DEPLOYED, OR RELEASED BY YOU OR ON YOUR BEHALF; CHARGES BILLED TO YOUR MODEL PROVIDER, GITHUB, OR OTHER THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNTS; THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY MODEL PROVIDER OR OF ANY AI AGENT OR APPLICATION YOU CONNECT TO OR RUN AGAINST THE SERVICE; OR HOSTILE OR INJECTED CONTENT SUBMITTED BY END USERS.

12.4SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13.1We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

13.2You can delete your account at any time from account settings. On deletion, we will remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13.3Sections that by their nature are intended to survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) will continue to apply after termination.

14.1These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

14.3If you have a complaint or concern, we encourage you to contact us at support@reqio.app first. We resolve most issues quickly and informally.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@reqio.app.
