Using Reqio

Plans & billing

Compare the Free, Pro, and Scale plans, understand what each includes, and learn how to upgrade, downgrade, or get a refund.

Reqio has three plans, and every one of them includes unlimited end-users: as many people as you want can submit, vote, and chat with your team, for free. There is no per-user tax on any plan. Paid plans buy more agent loops a month, more tracked (identified) users, revenue-weighted prioritization, team collaboration, integrations, and widget customization, never the GitHub agent loop's existence: Free runs the whole thing, widget to merged pull request.

Slack notifications are available on every plan, including Free. Custom primary color and MCP write access are also available on every plan, including Free.

Tracked users are the unique requesters Reqio can identify by name across your project. On Free, you can track up to 25 users by name, though revenue impact (MRR-weighting) only unlocks on Pro. Scale removes the tracked-user cap entirely.

Reqio's feature-request board has a fair-use cap of 500 open requests per project to prevent abuse. This does not affect any plan's pricing and is not a limit real usage ever approaches.

Usage limits and quotas

The table above covers the headline differences. This section is the complete reference for every metered limit across all three plans.

Agent loops

Free10 / month
Resets on the calendar month, UTC.
Pro100 / month
More headroom than a small team runs through today. Resets on your billing anchor date. Pro +
Scale500 / month
Pooled across every project in your workspace, not per project. Resets on your billing anchor date. Scale +

An agent loop is counted when the GitHub agent loop claims a distinct request for agent work, once per billing period; repeat claims on an already-claimed request are free. Status changes and the notification that reaches the reporter are never counted here, on any plan.

Hitting the cap never fails your CI

The claim endpoint always returns success. At the cap, the workflow skips that one candidate, writes a line to its job summary, and exits clean, on every plan. See Agent loop claims for the mechanism.

Outbound email

Free500 / month
Reaching the cap pauses elective fan-out only.
Pro10,000 / month
Reaching the cap pauses elective fan-out only. Pro +
Scale50,000 / month
Same pause behavior as Pro, at a higher cap. Scale +

On every plan, reaching the monthly cap only pauses elective fan-out: Announce blasts and the automatic status-change notification batches. It never blocks 1:1 conversation replies, login codes, team invitations, or unsubscribe and compliance mail; those always send. The cap resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC). Settings → Email shows an alert on the project when elective sends are currently paused.

v1 REST API

Free100 calls / day
Enough for the GitHub agent loop at its default four-hour poll cadence and a handful of pull requests a day.
Pro10,000 calls / day
Enough to poll hourly. Pro +
Scale100,000 calls / day
Scale +

This is a different quota from the MCP agent quota below: MCP is a human's interactive agent session and never polls, while the REST API is what scheduled jobs, like the GitHub agent loop, call on a timer, spending a request whether or not there was anything to do.

See v1 REST API for authentication, the full endpoint list, and the quota error response.

Workflow integrations

Announce

Free1 send / day
In-widget notification feed only, no email fan-out.
Pro1 send / day
Email fan-out up to 1,000 recipients. Pro +
Scale3 sends / day
Unlimited email fan-out. Scale +

See Announcements for how sending an Announce works.

CRM intelligence and revenue weighting

Revenue-weighted backlog (MRR)Pro and above
MRR-weighted backlog ordering is a separate, Pro-and-above feature from CRM health scores below. Pro +
CRM health scores, renewal dates, at-risk badgesScale only
Pro sees the same interface with an upgrade hint instead of live data. Scale only

CRM traits are always accepted

CRM traits (healthScore, accountId, renewalAt) can be sent in the identity token on any plan; Reqio always accepts and stores them. Only the health-score badges, renewal dates, and at-risk flags derived from them are gated to Scale. See Identity and revenue weighting.

MCP agent quota

Free25 calls / day
Read and write. Free includes MCP write access.
Pro500 calls / day
Read and write. Pro +
Scale5,000 calls / day
Read and write. Scale +

See MCP server for the full pipeline.

Teammates

Invitations are blocked once a project is at its plan's teammate cap: 1 on Free, 3 on Pro, 15 on Scale. Remove a member or upgrade the plan to invite more. See Team access.

Upgrading

Go to Settings → Billing. Select the plan you want and choose monthly or annual billing. Annual billing gets you 2 months free compared to paying monthly, about 17% off.

Payment is processed by Dodo Payments, Reqio's payment provider and Merchant of Record. Your card is billed in USD.

After upgrading, the additional features are available immediately. If you upgrade mid-billing-period, the new plan takes effect right away and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period. Upgrading also resets your billing anchor: a fresh billing cycle starts on the day you upgrade, so your next renewal date moves to one month (or one year, for annual billing) from the upgrade date rather than your original renewal date.

Post-upgrade setup

After upgrading to Pro or Scale, a setup walkthrough guides you through the features that are now unlocked: setting a custom primary color, uploading your logo, and inviting your first teammate. You can skip any step and do it later from the project settings.

Downgrading

To move to a lower plan, go to Settings → Billing and select the new plan. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, you keep access to your current plan's features.

If your usage (number of projects, team members, etc.) exceeds the lower plan's limits, you will be asked to reduce it before the downgrade completes.

Changed your mind? Resume your plan

A scheduled downgrade does not take effect until the end of the current billing period, so there is a window to reverse it. Go to Settings → Billing and select Resume on your subscription status. This un-cancels the subscription and keeps you on your current paid plan, renewing as normal. Resume is only available before the period ends; once the downgrade to Free has taken effect, you upgrade again the normal way instead.

Refunds

14-day refund window

If you are not satisfied, Reqio offers a refund within 14 days of payment. Contact support with your account email and the reason, and the refund will be processed by Dodo Payments back to your original payment method.

Billing history and invoices

Invoices are available in Settings → Billing. Each invoice links to Dodo Payments' billing portal where you can download a PDF, update your payment method, or view past transactions.

Enterprise

If you need more than 10 projects, more than 15 teammates, a custom MCP quota, more than 500 agent loops a month, or a custom security or identity requirement, contact the Reqio team to discuss an enterprise arrangement.
