The widget settings live at Settings → Widget in your project dashboard. Changes save immediately and take effect the next time the widget loads on your site.
Style
The widget launcher comes in two styles:
- Bubble: a circular floating button. The default.
- Tab: a rectangular tab attached to the side of the screen. Suits sites where a floating circle feels out of place.
Position
You can place the launcher in any of four corners:
- Bottom right (default)
- Bottom left
- Top right
- Top left
Label
The label is the text shown on the launcher. The default is Feedback. You can change it to anything up to 24 characters, for example "Ideas", "Help us improve", or "Share feedback".
Color
The widget uses your brand's primary color for buttons, accents, and the launcher background. The default is #339AFF.
Changing the primary color is available on Pro and Business plans. On the Free plan, the widget uses the default color.
Custom branding (logo)
You can upload your product's logo to replace the Reqio icon inside the widget overlay. The logo appears in the widget header and on the launcher bubble.
Custom branding is available on Pro and Business plans.
Remove Reqio branding
By default, the widget shows a small "Powered by Reqio" attribution at the bottom. On the Business plan, you can remove this.

Previewing changes
The settings page includes a live preview panel. Changes you make to color, label, style, and position are reflected in the preview before you save, so you can check how the widget will look on your site without loading the real page.
Embed snippet
If you need to re-copy your embed snippet, it is always available at Settings → Widget. The snippet does not change when you update visual settings, because all configuration is fetched from the server when the widget loads.
