Using Reqio

Widget customization

Change the widget's position, style, label, color, and branding to match your product. Some options require a paid plan.

The widget settings live at Settings → Widget in your project dashboard. Changes save immediately and take effect the next time the widget loads on your site.

Settings

StyleBubble | Tab
Bubble is a circular floating button (the default). Tab is a rectangular tab attached to the side of the screen, for sites where a floating circle feels out of place. Available on every plan.
Position4 corners
Bottom right (default), bottom left, top right, or top left. Available on every plan.
Labelstring, 24 chars max
The text shown on the launcher. Defaults to "Feedback". Available on every plan.
Primary colorcolor
Used for buttons, accents, and the launcher background. Defaults to #339AFF. Available on every plan, including Free.
Custom logo / brandingimage
Replaces the Reqio icon in the widget header and launcher bubble. Pro +
Remove Powered by Reqiotoggle
Hides the default attribution shown at the bottom of the widget. Scale only

Free includes custom color

Custom primary color is available on every plan, including Free. Custom logo/branding and removing the Reqio attribution are the settings that require a paid plan.

Previewing changes

The settings page includes a live preview panel. Changes you make to color, label, style, and position are reflected in the preview before you save, so you can check how the widget will look on your site without loading the real page.

Embed snippet

If you need to re-copy your embed snippet, it is always available at Settings → Widget. The snippet does not change when you update visual settings, because all configuration is fetched from the server when the widget loads.
